"captain speaking,
talking first to my english talking friends, sorry frenchies !!!,
hi everybody,
cold, rainy and windy sunday in Gloucester, was on anchor watch most of the day , now the wind calmed down and I managed to come ashore, drinking green tea in my favourite place in town, "tea and co", in Pleasant street, listening Django and Stephane Grapelli music, one of my favourites, and reading all your good news ! ... to-morrow, Ihe customs officer will deliver me a cruising permit, so not too much trouble with that lost passport !... then I will probably move the boat to Rose shipyard and go on with the work to be done, most of it will be the sail repairing. I have a sewing machine on board but the problem is the voltage here, 110 instead of 220 ! ... a transformer will be necessary, no problems only solutions, as I always say ... great place Gloucester, not in hurry to leave ! , but I will have to before 2 weeks ... cheers you all !
